data format for custom tile configs

I'm trying to create a custom tile config 6 windows. I have an ultra wide monitor and want:

• Top 1/4 left
• Bottom 1/4 left
• Full height 2/4 left
• Full height 3/4 left
• Top 4/4 right
• Bottom 4/4 right

I know I can create a custom tile config by first manually tilling my windows but I want them to be placed very specifically - like specific x,y and dimensions.

I see the file -apps-x-tile-0-custom seems to have the specs for that tile/layout.

What do these numbers mean? I see 4 sets of numbers for the 4 windows in this custom tile. I assume each number is x, y, w, and h?
