Logout url inconsistency #33

Describe the bug
When a logout url is used in Foundation theme, it does not populate the logout button in the footer. This causes confusion and accessibility issues.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set an alternate logout url.
  2. Hover over the logout link in the footer.
  3. It points to Moodle logout url.

Expected behavior
When setting the alternate logout url, it should also update the logout link in the footer.

Versions (please complete the following information):

  • Moodle: [e.g. 4.3.3]
  • Theme: [e.g. 403.1.3]
  • Browser and version - Brave/Firefox/Chrome on Mac OS 14.4

It is called 'usermenulogouturl' but I get your point.
