Should we capture the cause of death in our schema? We received an update on the H5 case in Mexico that stated the case died of complications due to their comorbidities, not the virus. Should we start capturing cause of death in our schema? If no specific cause is stated, do we then assume that the cause of death is the pathogen/virus?
If we do want to start capturing cause of death, what's the best way to do so (i.e., separate data/schema element, another type of "comment" section)?
