Being able to edit/delete a comment for 5 minutes

Motivation and context
Our receivers tell us that they sometimes make mistakes in their comments (copy and paste) and that they would like to be able to delete or edit these erroneous comments for a few minutes after writing them.

I am not talking about being able to REMOVE a comment several days later, but to have the opportunity to modify the content for a few minutes before the comment becomes definitive.

Proposal
Offer 5 minutes to be able to edit/delete a comment made by a receiver before it becomes permanent.

To discuss
Enable an option to allow a user to permanently delete a comment at any time (leaving a corresponding trace).
