The question group settings do not seem to be applied to my questionnaire and no fields can be filled in, regardless of question type or sub-questions. If I add a new entry I can see #1, #2, etc. but without any field to be filled in...

Minor bug: fa-question-circle icon does not show proper tooltip.

Additional info: I have the same behavior in Firefox.

Unfortunately with this simple detail we are not able to reproduce

Would you please export your questionnaire and attach it to the report eventually considering to load a screenshot that show previous and current behavior?
