Hi @nykroy as you can see here:
Agent first starts to request tasks config on local host, then it asks on another ip. I assume the second url is not correct. This happens because you probably have this url set as "Agent base URL" in the "Asset" tab of the entity configuration. |

Hi, I have a similar problem "Agent base URL" in "Asset" is empty in the root entity and in the sub entities too. But for esx inventory, it connects to the server via the settings for me, it doesn't seem to work because there's an access problem linked to the fact that I'm using a CAS server for user authentication in Glpi

Do you know if I need to activate a service on ESX to run this task, or if I need another configuration on ESX to allow login? I can log in through the UI, but the GLPI agent shows me a 500 error. |
