Unfortunately, I have the problem that every new inventory overwrites the computer models or creates a new model.
After the agent had inventoried all our laptops within 14 days, I started to adjust the computer models in GLPI: The agent always stored the product number in the product name. I then copied this into the product number field and entered the actual product name.
Unfortunately, 14 days later, after running the inventory again, all product numbers are back in the product name field and the actual name has been overwritten.
Is there a quick solution to my problem? Perhaps a rule or something similar? I am very grateful for any support.
