Hi,

one of our users posted a ticket and this specific ticket is causing some hassle.

When trying to open this specific ticket my whole GLPI instance freezes returning "Service unavailable" for few minutes and after few minutes everything returns to normal.

I can't put it in trash bin because around 5-10 minutes I get blank white screen on URI path /front/massiveaction.php, and the ticket is still not moved to trash bin.

After turning on the DEBUG mode I noticed that this specific ticket is returning PHP error:

PHP Deprecated function (8192): preg_replace(): Passing null to parameter #3 ($subject) of type array|string is deprecated in /var/www/html/glpi/src/RichText/RichText.php at line 354

Relevant log output

There are no errors in any logs regarding the issue.

1. Open the Assistance / Ticket panel
2. Open the ticket

Removing the item:

1. Open the Assistance / Ticket panel
2. Click on checkbox near the ticket
3. Click on "Actions" and "Put in trash bin"

I would like to know how can we delete the ticket from the system completely (for example in DB which tables/rows and which items from the disk) or if new fix release will be possible.
