Glyphr Studio is a vector-based program, and usually brush tools are for raster (pixel) based programs. Characters in a font have a limit of about 1500 points - it is possible to create vector versions of brushes, but they tend to add a ton of points and could easily go beyond this limit. Also, fonts are just black/transparent - there is no "pressure" for a brush tool and no grayscale or anti-aliasing to help the edges of a brush mark look like a brush mark.
Having said all that, vector programs (like Illustrator) do have brush tools. Do you have a vector program where you use a brush tool that you like? If so, I'd be interested in hearing what tool you use, and what features you like about it.
A brush tool is more useful to draw glyphs easily. Please consider the addition of the brush tool to Glyphr Studio.
