Enabling Advanced Paste from Powertoys under GlazeWM causing unwanted Ctrl + V?

GlazeWM in 2.1.1
Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 21H2 19044.4412

When I close or open a window with the mouse (including switching between workspaces with a mouse click), my computer immediately sends `Ctrl + V'. It's fine if the new window doesn't have an input field, but if it does, it would paste.

It works fine when the Advanced Paste function in glazewm or powertoys is switched off.
