服务注册是用registe插件实现的。所有的服务注册实现方式都在 plugin目录下的registe中（只要实现IRegistePlugin接口就可以），后续增加新的注册方式也都会用这种方式实现。

P2PDiscover 就是直连的方式，服务端没有地方可以去注册。客户端可以直接调用。为了后续代码的兼容统一，就使用Discover做类似服务发现的实现了。
现在已经实现redis 和 etcd3的注册方式，抽空可以拉取最新版的代码看一下
