Implement nodejs based demo for did:ethr resolution

We have anoncreds demo registering DID and having DID registry + integration with anoncreds registry contract

Task:

• Use:

  • https://www.npmjs.com/package/did-resolver
  • https://www.npmjs.com/package/ethr-did-resolver

  to create another sample demo demonstrating DidDocument resolution of the created DID.

Having existing did:ethr resolver implementation as part of infra repo will be good basis and cross check tool for Rust implementation (there doesn't seem to be a one in Rust). For Rust implementation we can build onf did / did_document components of aries-vcx repo.
