Use SimpleBus/MessageBus

Maybe we can remove the CommandInvoker by using SimpleBus/MessageBus?

I really like the idea and I thought to Redaktilo when I first saw SimpleBus. :)

From what I understand from MessageBus, our actual Commands would become some MessageHandlers but $input arguments would be replaced by different Message objects. Or do you see another integration?
