Endpoint repo/tree-list have no dirs with gogit on Windows

Description

I upgraded server to 1.25.0 and saw no dirs in "Go to file" (like, instead of src/main.cpp there is main.cpp), which causes 404 error if try to open these files.

While I tried to figure out what is it, I redownloaded windows binary but without gogit in this time and everything works as intended.

How are you running Gitea?

GitHub releases binary, initially with gogit, then without it. Run as Windows Service.
