A plugin that would change the UI to appear as close as possible to the Concept Art UI of ARR

I know this likely isn't feasible but I thought I would ask, would it be possible to change the UI of the game around to match ARR's Concept Art UI as close as possible?

I would especially like the different colors in the Party UI, the nameplates and the textures on the HP/MP bars.

This was mostly achieved with PartyListLayout in the past, t'was a great plugin that's discontinued for now. Maybe in the future it'll be updated, or someone will try their hands at it, because that plugin just constantly broke at every update, major or not. You can find plenty of screenshots and presets in the discord!
