Plugin Description
A Plugin to swap FSR1 with other Spatial Scaling methods that are open-source and tweak the internal sharpener value of Spatial Scalers that have a Sharpness pass like FSR1/NVIDIA Image Scaling (Ala Lossless Scaling but before the UI Renders)
More info
Primarily because FSR1 can sometimes cause swirling artifacts and not look as good as some other spatial scaling methods (Integer) at some internal res % values (EX: Integer at 50% looks better than FSR1 at 50% in some instances as it has less passive fizzle), and some spatial scalers may take better to FFXIV's content in some preferences if the sharpness slider is tuned right (EX: NVIDIA Image Scaling)
The intent of this is primarily as a holdover and option-adding Addon in leu of the issues with the game's current DLSS Deployment like mangled buffers and DLSS running on Autopilot resolution preset wise resulting in wildly unpredictable image quality and performance when combined with the other issues in the deployment, even with Jitter Fix Addon (Which would by proxy, effect/hurt the quality of swapping in FSR2/XeSS for users who don't use Geforce RTX Cards)
So this would allow users to configure the Spatial Upscaling path of the game to have a more personally-pleasing resolve in the meantime, and also be an option for those who don't like the resolve of DLSS/FSR2/XeSS even when/if the issues with the deployment of Temporal Super Resolution gets fixed, or who run hardware that doesn't have the compute throughput to run FSR2/XeSS (EX: Lower end AMD GPUs like their iGPUs or the RX 6400/6500 can have a far bigger hit in performance using FSR2 versus FSR1 at the same render resolution versus a larger GPU)
