project clean up

There are more than 100 open issues and a few open PRs here. It needs to be cleaned before we go forward.

• categorize, tag, and add them in a good fit milestone. (I've created three milestones)
• working on each milestone
  • milestone v6.0.7 #770 as a part of make the current version v1 and configure branch structure buffalo#2306
  • milestone v6.1.0 (released and closed)
  • milestone v6.z.0 #771 to improve association related things
  • milestone v6.x.0 #772 to improve columns, keys, and datatypes support along with v2 / review and unify column type translation fizz#138
• need to set workflow for staled issues (all other modules too)
  • standardizing issue labels are also ongoing.
