Feature: Bitbucket Cloud status

Bitbucket has added a status api and it would be terrific if this cool plugin could support it

Nice. It will be easy enough to add a status notifier, but bitbucket does not support ref based branch updates which makes it difficult to implement pull request poller. Refer ashwanthkumar/gocd-build-github-pull-requests#46

Is Bitbucket support here or we are still waiting for https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/5814/reify-pull-requests-by-making-them-a-ref to be closed?
I'm trying to connect this plugin to Bitbucket v4.5.2 and seems it doesn't work.
