Install and run script appear to work fine, but DLC is not enabled

As the title implies, the install_copy and run scripts appear to work just fine, but when the game (HoI4) runs, the DLCs are not enabled ingame. Running Manjaro Linux with kernel 5.10, using a copy of the game installed from Steam. The run log can be found here: http://hastebin.com/seyodisiwo.lua
