Issue description

Setting the sky_custom_fov of a WorldEnvironment to any value other than 0 will render the Sky upside down.

I believe it was introduced in #99448

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new project
  2. Add the Preview Environment to the Scene
  3. Change the sky_custom_fov of the Environment
