Repository name filter is not working properly

If you are reporting a problem, please make sure the following information are provided:

Expected behavior and actual behavior:
When you navigate to a certain project where you have more than 200 repositories, filter on the name, the view only filters on the current page and shows nothing, then you have to navigate into another page to see some if the search finds anything.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Login into Harbor and navigate to projects.
Click any project and click on the filter icon found on Name column on the table for repositories.
Type a name that you are sure is in your repo, then watch the view show nothing or little data.. Then navigate through pagination and some results appear.

Versions:
Please specify the versions of following systems.

• harbor version: [2.12.1]
• docker engine version: [24.0.7]
• docker-compose version: [1.29.2]

Since I can not reproduce this issue at my own side, could you provide us more details like screenshots would be better. In the meanwhile we will keep trying if we could reproduce it. Thanks
