Request to change link on bug report button

Currently, the go-tour-ru-ru.appspot.com use bug report link to official (English) translation of Go Tour. This cause many issues related to Russian tour translation reported to github.com/golang/tour instead of here. [1]

To change the bug report link, edit the github-repo value [2] to reference this repository and re-deploy the application.

If this is not the repository for go-tour-ru-ru.appspot.com please ignore this issue or forward it to the correct one.

Seems like the live Russian tour is on kalimatas/go-tour-ru.
