Deploying

Bump version of ffmepg-tools in setup.py.
Build wheel:
```
 python setup.py bdist_wheel
```
Deploy to our PyPi server. This needs that you provided valid gpg key through agent that this script can reach.
```
 ./deploy/upload.sh
