App not loading on windows

Hi

I try to use trayasen on windows with my desk but I don't achieve to launch it.

The first time, I had an error when I tried to connect my desk. After that, when I launch trayasen, nothing happen...

I tried to remove the app then reinstall but nothing change, nothing appear.

Do you know a way to totally reset trayasen ?

Hey, sorry for late response - but to answer your question - yes, there is a way!

You just need to remove the configuration file, which location is dependent on the system

As I reisntall the software, I have no configuration file.

That is definitely weird, and should not happen. After the configuration file deletion, it should behave the exact same way as when you open the app for the first time. The configuration file is the only differentiator when it comes to how the app should behave when opened.
