The problem shown in #810 is caused by UniRef30_2021_03. It should be changed to the latest version UniRef30_2023_02 for some practices.

to fix the problem shown in google-deepmind#810
the 2021_03 version of UniRef30 will match too much protein so that even a protein with residues lower than 500 will fail to fold

I guess downloading from wwwuser.gwdg.de is much slower than from Google Cloud Storage. It would be preferable if the updated UniRef 30 were mirrored in GCS as well.

I really agree with you. This issue should be fixed since many students who know nothing about coding are using AlphaFold2 through Supercomputing platform which use this repository as a easy program. They feel confused with the problem caused by the issues.
