QQP link is out of date, is there anywhere i can get the same QQP version used in the PAWS paper?

Thanks for reporting this! You should be able to download the data here https://quoradata.quora.com/First-Quora-Dataset-Release-Question-Pairs. We will also update the link.

The link present in the mentioned Quora Page leads to a broken link. You can find the QQP Dataset at Kaggle.
