Add example notebooks for using ERA5 for climate science

Hi @alxmrs, when the single-level variables are ingested (#17), I'm going to look at updating some of the EOOffshore project notebooks to also use them (some of the data sets currently used have/will have corresponding Pangeo Forge recipes). I previously retrieved and created an ERA5 Zarr store for the project, containing the variables listed here. Wind speed and direction variables at 10m and 100m were computed using the corresponding u and v wind components using MetPy. The store is available on Zenodo, and contains data from 2001-01-01 to 2021-09-30.
