Description
Expand the doc we have in https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/performance/optimizing-content-efficiency/optimize-encoding-and-transfer to also cover Brotli in some more depth.
It would be great if we could provide a practical path for developers to use this today and check how feasible it is to get it working with Google Cloud Platform/Firebase.
