Using Hugo 0.125+ until the next release of Docsy is published

Hi all. FYI, Docsy release 0.10.0 should be out within the next 7 days, and it works with Hugo 0.125.4. In the meantime, if you'd like to use Hugo 0.125+, there are a number of ways to achieve this using Docsy 0.9.1; the simplest I've found is this: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry.io/pull/4392/files. --PC
