I want to use crane mutate to create an updated image, and, among other things, to change the entrypoint to [""]. However, this does not work.
crane mutate
entrypoint
[""]
Is there a trick to remove the entrypoint using crane/setting [""]?
Create the mutated image
crane mutate \ --platform linux/amd64 \ --entrypoint="" \ --tag your-new-image:new-tag \ gcr.io/distroless/static-debian12:debug-nonroot
Inspect the config
crane config your-new-image:new-tag | jq .
... and the entrypoint is still there.
