Check in CI that generated stdast.go is up to date.

We want to keep stdast.go commited, because it is required for go get to "just work". At the same time, we want to make sure it matches cpp-jsonnet/stdlib/std.jsonnet. So we can generate stdast.go in CI, compare it with the commited version and complain when there's a mismatch.
