This app for windows?
App work perfectly on windows?

I am using windows 10 and visual studio 2015 community. I can not get success.

The dev environment is Node-based. If you can install the Go SDK, run Gulp, bower, and the other tools listed https://github.com/GoogleChrome/ioweb2015#setup, you should be set.
