Remove references to -v and -A nogotofail.mitim options in documentation

Two options verbose logging (-v) and data handlers (-A) options have been removed from the nogotofail.mitm command line options.
References to "-v" need to be removed from the "getting_started.md" and "main.py" files.
Waiting on clarification -A option changes.

-a was removed, not -A. I thought I removed all the -v references though, I'll make another pass.
