Bitly link shortener connection not working

Describe the bug
When clicking on shorten link, it comes up with the access request for Bitly. When allowing the access, it brings me back to this page https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/. It's showing as connected on Bitly, but it's doing the same thing every time I try to shorten a link and won't actually do the link shortening. I've used this tool for a long time now and never had this issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/campaign-url-builder/
2. Fill in the UTM tracking
3. Click on 'Shorten Link'
4. Click on 'Allow' on the Bitly pop-up window which then goes to this page - https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/
5. Click 'Shorten Link' again and it goes back to step 4 as an ongoing cycle

Expected behavior
It should already be connected to Bitly, and when clicking 'Shorten Link' it should be giving me a shortened Bitly link.
