Unable to shorten links in Campaign URL Builder #2003

Copy the URL of the page this issue is happening on.

Describe the bug
The 'Shorten link' button is orange which indicates that the link can be shortened but it doesn't work when clicked.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/campaign-url-builder/
Type in the required fields marked with an asterisks.
Scroll down to the 'Shorten link' button. It should be orange when all required fields are filled in.
See error - The link does not shorten. The button stays orange.

Expected behavior
A shortened link should be generated immediately and the 'Shorten link' button turns grey.

OS: Windows 11 Enterprise
Browser: Chrome
Version: 23H2

Additional context
It was fine 3 days ago when I was generating links.
