[Frontend] .NET MAUI (.NET Multi-platform App UI) + MVVM

I'm currently working on a .NET MAUI (aka.ms/maui) implementation of the Conduit app. It features:

• C# as its programming language
• Multi-platform targeting: Android, iOS, Windows
• Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) pattern plus obligatory data bindings
• XAML styles
• Native platform features
• A generated API client using NSwag
