The error returned is
go build signals.go

# command-line-arguments
./signals.go:99:5: too many arguments in call to sb.Connect
	have (string, func(sb *gtk.SpinButton, pb *gtk.ProgressBar), *gtk.ProgressBar)
	want (string, interface{})
