Add FTS Constraint Criteria to Library to Limit Scope of Complex Searches

Describe your suggested feature

As it works and as I understand it, the filtering options for things like genre, tag, etc. are always in context of the current library (or all libraries if that's what you have selected). However, for complex searches like "NOT genre:horror AND genre:comedy", you can only submit this search via the FTS search field. This creates a wider than necessary scope in several cases, so having some control - even an implicit search term like "library:XYZ", not necessarily a graphical interface change - would accommodate that.
