FEATURE IDEA: Remove from "On Deck"

I have many comic series that I'm not currently reading for whatever reason. It would be great to pause or remove the current issue from On Deck and add it back later if I open up the issue again. Right now the only way to remove something from On Deck is to delete it.

Actually the same would beuseful for "Keep Reading" too.
