Steps to reproduce

My file storage method is similar to data/author/book. CBZ
and i just pressed scan

A large number of duplicate files are generated after scanning
But they don't exist auctually

Expected behavior

The folder is single

Actual behavior

Generate lots of duplicate files by itself
