Security Code webpage doesn't load

When trying to install, the security code webpage link on the readme does not load properly on my machine.

When trying to use a verification code instead via https://my.remarkable.com/device/desktop/connect, the following error occurs:

python authorize_rmapy.py --security-code
ERROR - Cannot authorize the reMarkable device
Can't register device
ERROR - Failed to authorize

Any advice?
