not working in windows

i cannot run it in windows.
1-First issues with the makefile. after a few changes, ii get it fixed.
2-after that if your api is not for gpt-4, you get api-key not found. i fixed by changing everywhere gpt-4 by gpt3.5 turbo.
3-the run of the example cannot resume, i get bash not reconized as cmd outlet. i try also in git-bash also not working.
