UX: Summary of areas OR Clarification question, not both

I don't think having both "Summary of areas that need clarification" and "Clarifying questions" provides added value, and it could confuse new users (like myself).

For me, having just one of them would be more intuitive, so either:

• Print the summary and let users answer all of them in one go.

OR

• Ask a single question and then follow up with the next.

(From #514, I assume that the former was the case in the past.)

Personally, I would prefer the latter; it's more intuitive and cleaner when using the CLI.
What do you think?

Additionally, if the summary is printed as a list of questions, the instruction or 'c' to move on might be misleading. I interpreted it as "move on to the next question," but was surprised when it skipped all the questions.
