Update for SF and uncertainty modules

Hi @StephenChao @qliphy @PKUfudawei ,

I update the module for the uncertainties and SF.

1. Add deepJet Btag SF for L,M,T WP
2. Update the JME module :
   1. JER,JEC for AK8,AK4
   2. JER for MET
      Also, I add all the HLT trigger branches.

I go through the recommendation for uncertainties and SF. I think we include all the SFs and uncertainties now. Could you please check if you have time( @StephenChao @PKUfudawei )?

I haven't add the VBF flag and selection yet. I will try to add this today.

Sorry, I only update for 2017,2018 MC. I will also update 2016 and data today.
