Hi! The build works for the nanopineocore2, but sadly the unit isn´t booting at all. :-/
Any chance to help with debugging?

Can you link the base image you used? And if you flash just that base image to an SD card, does that work?

I used an fork of your project.
That´s the workflow:

Sorry, I forgot that I moved the armbian build into the github action. I added a new action that just builds a minimal Ubuntu Noble image, without any of the steps that add companion. Can you try that? Based on some of the warnings on your action run, I'm wondering if Armbian doesn't build a functioning Noble Minimal image for that board

You can find the run here: https://github.com/Keksstar/companion-satellite-armbian/actions/runs/12587449861
But sadly the board doesn´t boot with it.

But it sounds like an Armbian issue... I downloaded the Ubuntu and Debian image from here: https://www.armbian.com/nanopi-neo-core-2-lts/
Both of them don´t work.

I jumped onto the FriendlyElec Wiki: https://wiki.friendlyelec.com/wiki/index.php/NanoPi_NEO_Core
and downloaded their Debian Bookworm image... and what should I say? Boots instantly...

So the issue is Armbian itself.
