Request

This new component would provide metrics for the Slurm Workload Manager. It could embed an upstream component such as vpenso/prometheus-slurm-exporter. We will need to make sure the license of the upstream exporter is compatible with Alloy.

Use case

It would be useful for Alloy users who also use Slurm. The metrics would be used to see how Slurm is operating, and can be used to set up alerts in case something in Slurm fails.
