Spoolfiles are not being flushed after destination comes back up

Hello,

this is tested with v1.2 and v0.10.1. When spool files are created and the destinations come back up, in my case, the nsq diskqueues are not being flushed anymore. How can I trigger the reading and insertion of data to carbon-cache of the spoolfiles and subsequently their removal?
