I am using Lambda Promtail to collect logs from a specific log group and send them to Loki, and I can access these logs via Grafana. However, the issue is that these logs are not persistent, meaning I can’t see logs from a few hours ago. In contrast, Loki works well with logs from other applications, as I am using EFS as a persistent volume in my EKS cluster.
