Are you planning to create a knowledge base for alerts?
For example:
We used Google Sheets and then Youtrack, in which we have:

Alert name:
Possible causes:
Actions:
command:

It would be convenient to associate this with alerts and Alerts Group

@Schechev thank you for the issue! In general we think that such feature set should go to the Grafana Incident (not OnCall), but let's see if more people will need this.
