What happened?

The createDataSourceConfigPage fixture uses the grafana api to create a new data source. Currently it's calling the grafana api on behalf of the logged in user.

What you expected to happen

If grafanaAPICredentials have been provided in the playwright config, they should be used when calling the grafana api to create datasources.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
